Late Policy
Skylar Renée Beauty has a 15-minute grace period for each appointment. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes to their appointment, regardless of notifying Skylar, will result in a canceled appointment and forfeiture of deposit. An additional $100 deposit is required for rebooking.

Cancellation Policy
Skylar charges a 100% cancellation fee for no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
